DANBURY, CONN. – Two new deals were signed at Lee Farm Corporate Park at 83 Wooster Heights Road in Danbury, increasing the occupancy there to 86 percent, Cushman & Wakefield announced.
Sigmund Software, a leader in electronic health record software specializing in psychiatric, behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities, leased 10,004 square feet of space. Concentrix, a global service and technology provider, leased 2,776 square feet.
Sigmund Software is relocating from 2505 Carmel Avenue in Brewster, N.Y., while Concentrix is establishing its first Connecticut office.

As the exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield’s Meredith Siburn, director, represented the landlord, Lee Farm Partners, a joint-venture between Summit Development of Southport and the Grossman Companies of Quincy, Mass.
Sigmund Software was represented Sam Finnerman, principal of Hudson Commercial Real Estate, and Concentrix was represented by Jeffrey P. Williams, executive managing director, and Hollis Pugh, associate at Colliers International.

Since becoming Lee Farm’s exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield has attracted several prominent new tenants that have yielded a 26 percent increase in its occupancy rate and more than 57,000 square feet of new leases.
Lee Farm is a five-story, 215,649-square-foot office building located at 83 Wooster Heights Road, at the intersection of Interstate 84 and U.S. Route 7 in Danbury. It is considered to be Danbury’s premier Class-A office environment.
