DANBURY, Conn. — Bagelman will take a spin at operating the Library Cafe in Danbury, with a six-month trial run with no utility or rent payments, according to WLAD-AM.
The city and Bagelman will negotiate a contract for future use after 45 days, the story said.
Bagelman at the Library would offer a pared-back menu, with six types of cream cheese for bagels; ham, turkey and roast beef wraps and sandwiches; and chicken, egg, tuna and garden salads.
