The business was able to get a special permit to operate at 137 Ethan Allen Highway, according to the News-Times.
The new brewery would use a portion of an existing building at that location to create a 1,765-square-foot brewing and storage space and a 675-square-foot tap room, according to the News-Times.
The owner of proposed brewery, Robert Kaye, also owns Riverside Fencing in that building, the story said.
Nod Hill Brewery now must get further approvals to operate, which Kaye's lawyers said could be a lengthy process, the News-Times said.
