Other Payless stores in Fairfield County will remain open, including the ones in the Danbury Fair Mall, the Stamford Town Center and the Westfield Trumbull Mall.

Payless said store operations would continue as it restructures under bankruptcy. The store will continue to sell and honor gift cards and maintain its return policy.

At stores that are closing, all sales will be final and no coupons will be accepted.

Payless warned that there could be more closings in the future.

The other store closings in Connecticut are:

  • Waterbury Plaza, Waterbury
