Administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, this index is a national report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees.

This is the seventh time the company has received a perfect score and been designated as a “Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.”

“Diversity in the workplace is a crucial facet of our corporate culture, and we are proud to be recognized for our commitment of promoting an inclusive working environment,” said Nancy Di Dia, the company's chief diversity and inclusion officer.

The CEI has become an important tool for businesses in the United States regarding LGBT equality in the workplace since its creation in 2002.

This year's CEI rated 972 businesses and their LGBT-related practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community.

The company is one of only 364 major businesses that earned top marks this year.
