As the highest honor in the organization’s service award recognition program, the induction acknowledges his exceptional voluntary contributions to the association.

Worldwide ERC, the relocation services industry’s trade group, focuses on current management practices and issues associated with the movement of employees throughout the world. Spinolo has participated in numerous leadership roles throughout Worldwide ERC, including a term as a director, and officer positions leading to election as chairman of its board of directors, a position he held during 2013. While on the board, he drove the initiative to transform the organization’s coalition into its current Government Affairs Forum structure, a model whose governing committee liaises between six forums and areas of focus for the association: appraisal, immigration, global, regulatory/compliance, tax, and title and closing.

While serving as vice-chair of finance, Spinolo led the commitment to bringing increased transparency to ERC’s financials and, as chairman, he helped clarify the roles and interaction between board members and the organization’s CEO and senior staff.

“I’m honored by this induction because of the caliber of ERC’s work and its dedication to the industry,” said Spinolo. “The openness and collaboration that you find on Worldwide ERC task forces and committees – at every level of the organization – is exceptional. It’s a pleasure to be a key contributor to all that the organization does, and it’s especially rewarding to be a part of the ERC community.”

As executive vice president of global client services at Cartus, Spinolo focuses on retaining and growing client business relationships, developing talent and formulating the expectations and practices that distinguish the company. He also has global responsibility for the quality assurance group, which has reported record-setting levels of client and customer satisfaction during his tenure.

Spinolo’s background in business and finance includes a master’s degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Rhodes College.
