A public reception will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. It is free and open to everyone in the community.
With this exhibition, @287 joins three distinctive area artists and art forms: the "auto romantic" acrylics of New Milford's Chris Osborne; the sculpted works of Justin Daniel Perlman from Sherman; and the photography of Danbury's Shel Secunda.
The exhibition, curated by Maureen McCann, will run through Friday, Jan. 16.
"The importance and the power of art to connect people, to inspire and to challenge people's thoughts and perceptions make @287 an invaluable, whole-istic hub for creation and dialogue," McCann said.
The gallery at @287/Cultural/Alliance of Western Connecticut is at 287 Main St., Danbury. For information, call 203-798 0760 or visit artswesternct.org.
