Danbury Church Hosts Handel's 'Messiah,' Complete With Chorus, Orchestra

DANBURY, Conn. – Members of the Danbury Concert Chorus and the Danbury Symphony Orchestra will perform Handel’s “Messiah” at the First Congregational Church of Danbury on Friday, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m.

The performance will be conducted by Richard Price, music director emeritus.

Soloists include Erin Windle, soprano; Kirsten Sollek, mezzo-soprano; John Howell, tenor; and Thomas Woodman, bass-baritone.

Admission to this Danbury holiday tradition is free.
