Danbury Farmers Market Prepares To Open For Sixth Season

DANBURY, Conn. --  The Danbury Farmers Market will open for the season this Friday at Kennedy Park at the intersection of Main and Elm streets.

The market, with its focus on Connecticut-grown produce, will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Friday through Oct. 30.

Vendors participating this year include: Brewster Pastry, CT Institute for Communities Greater Danbury Health Center, Clatter Valley Farm, Geremia Gardens, Killam & Bassette Farmstead, New Milford Youth Agency, Pepe's Cream of the Crop, Sandy Wityak, Smith's Acres, and Taylor Family Farm, according to a press release.
