Danbury Library Hosting Lecture On Nutrition And Aging

DANBURY, Conn. -- The Danbury  Library will host a presentation on how nutritional needs change as people age on Monday, July 18, from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.

The event will feature Nancy Salem, coordinator of the diabetes education program at Danbury Hospital, who will address how lifestyle and diet affects the aging process, along with how calorie and nutrient needs change as people grow older.

She will also provide tips on ways to feel younger as we age.

The lecture is free-of-charge and open to the public.
