The free program 'Sleep: Do You Get Enough?' will include the three natural solutions to sleep problems -- vitamins, exercise and physical treatment.

Sleep is a natural part of everyone’s life, but many people know very little about how important it is, and some even try to get by with little sleep. Sleep is something our bodies need to do; it is not an option during sleep many of the body’s major organs and regulatory systems continue to work actively. Some parts of the brain increase their activity dramatically and the body produces more of certain hormones.

The event is presented by: Kenneth Hoffman, medical director of SOPHIA Natural Health Center in Brookfield, the largest natural health and wellness clinic in the state.

Registration is required. To register, visit the library's website or call 203-797-4527.
