The chorus, all of whose singers are members of the international Barbershop Harmony Society, will be adding their contest-winning a cappella style to songs representing the era of the group’s founding almost 50 years ago with songs like: “Bye, Bye Love,” “Daydream,” “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do,” “Happy Together” and “Blue Velvet” among others.
“There will be some selections for those who love the traditional barbershop style as well,” said Music Director Joe Hudson.
Performing with the Mad Hatters as featured guest artists will be the Up All Night quartet, direct from the Big Apple Chorus of New York City, a quartet that will keep you up all night chuckling at their original comedy and marveling at their performance of heartfelt ballads, spirituals, and Sinatra-style swing songs.
