Danbury Museum Opens Doors Early For Memorial Day

DANBURY, Conn. -- The Danbury Museum and Historical Society will open early on May 25 for an open house event.

Visitors can walk through the John and Mary Rider House, The Dodd Hat Shop, The Marian Anderson Studio and The One-Room Brick Schoolhouse and learn more about local history.

The event is free and open from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Danbury Museum and Historical Society is at 43 Main St.
