After hearing concerns about the high temperatures from a concertgoer, the Ives Concert Park will sell cold bottled water at two-for-the-price-of-one, it announced on its Facebook page. The same deal will be offered Saturday night.
"A hydrated music lover is a happy music lover," it said.
Tickets will be available at the gate for the Summerland Tour of alternative guitars starring Everclear, Live, Filter and Sponge. Tickets are $35 for a reserved seat or $20 for the lawn. The gates open at 6 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. show. Only cash will be accepted at the gate.
Brandi Carlile with Jamestown Revival will play Saturday. Tickets are $39.50 for a reserved seat or $25 for the lawn. The gates open at 6:30 p.m. for the 8 p.m. show.
