Danbury's Yoga Culture Offers Stretching, Snacks To Fight Kids' Cancer

DANBURY, Conn. -- On Saturday afternoon, you can get in some stretching and relaxation in Danbury, all for a good cause. And maybe enjoy a cookie at the same time.

Yoga Culture at 105 Mill Plain Road in Danbury will be the location for Yoga Fights Pediatric Cancer from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27. 

Proceeds from the event will support Cookies for Kids' Cancer, a national nonprofit committed to raising funds to help fight pediatric cancer. Learn more about the group here

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 

The suggested donation for the event, which will include a yoga practice followed by light refreshments, is $20.
