Anthony and Eddie Edwards are identical twins. Not only do they look like each other, they also look and sound like more than 100 superstar singers.

The Edwards Twins have honed their skills for nearly 30 years. Anthony Edwards handles all the male impersonations, including Stevie Wonder, Neil Diamond, Billy Joel, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Tom Jones and Andrea Bocelli, while Eddie impersonates all the divas, including Cher, Bette Midler, Streisand, Liza Minelli and Lady Gaga.

Through the magic of artful make-up (which they do themselves), stunning wigs and costumes, the brothers create illusions that at times look and sound like the originals.

The Edwards Twins have received rave reviews and standing ovations all over the world. The last time they appeared at The Palace Danbury they sold out.

“The response to this show was amazing," said Carol Spiegel, the palace’s managing director. "We’ve gotten so many requests to bring the Edwards Twins back to Danbury that we decided to book them for two big nights.”

Tickets cost $45/$35 and can be ordered at www.thepalacedanbury.com or by calling 203 794-9944. Tickets also may be purchased at the box office starting one hour before showtime.

The historic Palace Danbury Theatre is at 165 Main St.
