The party will be held at a private garden owned by a member of the garden club. The fundraiser will feature food, refreshments and a silent auction with over 100 items.

“This particular fundraiser has become a favorite in that has been held at a different garden each year,” said Joretta Kilcourse, president of Friends of the Danbury Museum & Historical Society. “We're grateful to our Garden Party Committee, local businesses and all of the wonderful Connecticut museums who have responded to our call for donations for the Silent Auction. It will be a lovely afternoon and we encourage everyone to come out and  support their hometown museum."

Attendees can enjoy food and refreshments and take a guided tour of the garden. This fundraising event includes a silent auction with over 100 items, including many handcrafted and sports-related items, donations from local businesses and restaurants, as well as a wide range of unique offerings donated by our friends from a number of distinctive Connecticut museums.
