DANBURY, Conn. -- With all of the red eyes and sneezing happening to many, the Danbury Library will host a program Saturday for those who suffer from allergies.
The program, "Allergies: A Natural Medicine Solution," will be presented from 10:30-11:30 a.m. by Kenneth Hoffman, medical director at SOPHIA Natural Health Center in Brookfield.
Participants will learn an integrative natural medicine approach to identifying and treating allergies, as well as how they can help their immune system and organs handle allergens more effectively.
Fatigue, depression, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, colitis, asthma, learning problems, hyperactivity, and even diabetes can be connected to allergic conditions.
The program is free. Registration is requested online at danburylibrary.org or by calling 203-797-4527.
