The birthday-themed event will showcase local businesses in an interactive, celebratory atmosphere that will provide local families looking for kids’ birthday party planning resources helpful information and a memorable, fun experience.
All of the admission proceeds will be donated to Family and Children’s Aid, a child-focused organization offering mental health care for local children and their families.
“Local parents love our website and weekly e-newsletter. They tell us they rely on our robust calendar of events to help plan their family’s activities for the week. Our readers are extremely loyal and they trust us to provide relevant online content from the events we list in our calendar to the articles we write as well as the businesses and ads that we choose to promote,” said Meghan Friedland, publisher and editor of Macaroni Kid Danbury-Bethel-Ridgefield.
As customary with attending a birthday party, guests are asked to bring a gift – a new unwrapped toy, game, book or piece of sporting equipment to be donated to Family and Children’s Aid in Danbury. In lieu of a gift, families can make a monetary donation at the door of $10 per family.
For businesses looking to participate, affordable table and goody bag space is available along with sponsorship packages that will reach Macaroni Kid’s exclusive online community.
Businesses interested in being showcased at the event, in the Macaroni Kid Online Birthday Party Guide or both should contact Meghan Friedland at meghanf@macaronikid.com or call (917) 509-8842.
