More Than 70 Vendors Expected At Danbury Girls Night Out

DANBURY, Conn. -- Danbury-based events production company Promotions in Motion is gearing up for its 10th Annual Girls Night Out to be held Friday, from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza in Danbury.

Presented by Ingersoll Auto of Danbury, more than 70 local businesses will welcome participants for an evening of food, entertainment, pampering, games, prizes and holiday shopping.

Among activities, there will be a wine tasting by BevMax of Danbury, alongside P&J Cordials providing fresh fruit cold-soaked cordials; psychic readings, book signings, hobby horse and pig races, and "blingo" bingo. Attendees will also get a chance at the door to "crack the safe" to win a car.

A shuttle bus, courtesy of Green Light Limousine Service, will be available to transport party goers from the exit 2 commuter parking lot right to the front door of the Crowne Plaza.

Admission is $20 in advance or $25 at the door with a portion of all ticket sales benefiting the Women's Center of Greater Danbury and the Danbury Museum and Historical Society. To purchase tickets and view a complete exhibitor list and all event activities visit www.girlsnightoutdanbury.com.
