The show will be Nov. 15 and 16, at the Ethan Allen Inn, off Exit 4 of I-84 in Danbury.
This show will feature over 50 of America's finest fly tiers and rod-making craftsmen, as well as artists, collector specialists and appraisers, antique and contemporary dealers, vendors and demonstrators.
This year Spain's fly tying and angling specialist Luis Meana Baeza will be sharing his expertise on Spain's unique fly-fishing culture.
The show will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a special dinner at 5:30 p.m. and a live fundraising auction at 7 p.m. On Sunday, Nov. 16, the show resumes from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Special seminars, programs and lectures will run throughout this show including: The Fish and Fishing of New York State’s Salmon River, A Writers Roundtable discussion; N.Y. Fishing Destinations; Fly tying, Making a Bamboo Fly Rod, and a special session – Introduction to Fly Fishing.
