After the documentary, there will be a panel discussion about Connecticut's ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population.
Speaking about those that deal with the challenge of working hard and fighting to make ends meet will be Al Almeida, Ellen Bromley, William R. Glass and Valerie Jensen. Each member of the panel will focus on a part of the population that's connected to their experience.
Almeida is a command sergeant major in the 94th training division in Danbury, and will talk about veterans.
Bromley is director of social services for Stamford, and will speak about the area's senior citizens. Glass is Danbury school's deputy superintendent of schools and will focus on families. Jensen founded the Prospector Theater and will talk about the area's disabled population.
