The restaurant has been in business since 1948 and is known for its homemade root beer and steakburgers.
Patrick Austin has been the owner for the past 19 years, said the burgers are made fresh.
"We use top sirloin, and there's nothing like it." Austin said. "We use the same recipe from the original owners in 1948."
Just as popular: the "curbside" service, popular in warm weather, and the '50s memorabilia that lines the walls of the eatery. There's even some very cool, very old gas pumps that are a topic of conversation and the backdrop of many selfies.
"People like it, it's like a time warp," said Austin. "No one can believe we're still here. But we're happy to be here, and be part of the community."
