Winemaker Giovanni Petretta, owner of Shelter Rock Wine Making Club in Danbury, instructs members in not only on how to make wine but how to also have fun doing it.

“Every step is a celebration…we celebrate with wine, music and food,” said Petretta.

The process starts now and culminates in June when the wine is bottled and labeled.
