Danbury's Robert Taylor Releases New Children's Fantasy Book

DANBURY, Conn. -- Danbury author Robert Taylor has released a new children's fantasy novel, "The Adventures of BooBear the Bountiful."

The main character, BooBear, is a honey fly with the task of saving his world from creatures looking to destroy it for their personal gain. 

Fellow author Doris Henderson called "The Adventures of BooBear the Bountiful" a "novel of unusual grace and style, a reading experience any child will want to return to over and over for its imaginative details, its characters, its humor.”

Taylor has previously published two books of poetry: “Fallen Leaves” and “Fallen Arches and Other Casualties.” He conducted his graduate studies in English literature at Queens College and has taught English for 30 years.
