Friends Of The Danbury Library Hold Book Collection Day

DANBURY, Conn. -- Friends of the Danbury Library will be hosting  a book collection day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Used books, CDS and DVDs can be dropped off at the Friends Sorting Space, 30 Main St. (Executive Tower Building, just half-mile south from the library - look for Newtown Savings Bank). 

Volunteers at the side entrance will help unload your car. Items that cannot be donated include encyclopedias, VHS videotapes, Reader's Digest condensed books, medical or business books older than five years, textbooks older than three years, computer books older than two years, textbooks with writing, highlighting, or underlining; and magazines or badly damaged books.
