Greenwich Native Makes Modeling Debut In SI's Swimsuit Edition

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich native Kelly Rohrbach had never before had a modeling gig, but her first time out couldn't get much bigger. The 25-year-old is gracing the pages of Sports Illustrated's annual swimsuit edition, which hit newsstands this week.

Greenwich native Kelly Rohrbach will make her modeling debut in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit edition this month.

Rohrbach, a graduate of Greenwich Academy, began her career as an actress, landing roles in films like "Wilt" (2012), "The PET Squad Files" (2013) and "Love is Relative."

She also appeared in several television shows, including "Two and a Half Men" and "Rizzoli & Isles," according to her IMDB page.

The now-model got into acting because she needed a supposedly "easy A" as a sophomore at Georgetown University, where she played golf, Sports Illustrated said.

By landing a spot in the Swimsuit Edition in her first time out in the modeling scene, Rohrbach may have found her niche.
