PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident blocking the right lane on east-bound I-84 caused heavy delays in Putnam County on Tuesday morning.
The accident, between Route 312 (Exit 19) and the I-684 interchange (Exit 20), was reported at 7:30 a.m.
Delays of up to 30 minutes were reported.
