DANBURY, Conn. - After fears of losing the control tower at Danbury airport, the Federal Aviation Administration found the money to keep the tower open.

The FAA announced Friday afternoon that it had been able to find the money to keep the tower staffed.

The Danbury City Council passed the more than $227 million budget on Tuesday night.

Every store front at the Marcus Dairy Shopping Center has been filled up this past week. Signs in each of the remaining three store fronts indicated that they would soon be full.
