DANBURY, Conn. – Danbury celebrated the opening of a new place to honor the police officers and firefighters who gave their lives in the line of duty, when it held a dedication ceremony at Memorial Park on Sunday.

Members of the community and families came out for the dedication of the park, which is located at 357 Main St.

This park is dedicated in memory of the following fallen heroes:
