I-84 Accident Snarls Traffic

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- A accident blocking the right lane on east-bound I-84 resulted in stop-and-go traffic conditions Saturday afternoon in Carmel.

The accident, between Ludingtonville Road (Exit 17) and Route 311 (Exit 18), was reported at 1:15 p.m.
