Storm Causes Power Outages In Danbury

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — A quick-moving storm that dumped heavy rain on Fairfield County has resulted in a number of power outages across the region Saturday night.

As of 9:15 p.m., Eversource and United Illuminating were reporting the following outages:

Bridgeport: 215 customers
Danbury: 200 customers
Shelton: 30 customers

It was not known when the outages would be restored.
