A prosecutor in the case against Glenn Mishuck, 47, said she will present evidence at trial that he also had a sexual relationship with student while teaching at Stamford High School from 1993 to 2003, the Advocate said.

Mishuck is charged with 17 counts of second-degree sexual assault involving allegations of having sex with a 17-year-old student in 2013.

The case against Mishuck invovling the Ludlowe student is headed for trial in state Superior Court in Bridgeport after a judge refused to dismiss the case Thursday. His lawyer had argued that Mishuck was not the girl's teacher at the time of the sexual relationship because it happened in the summer.
