Two Fishermen Discover Dead Body In Brewster

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- Two fishermen discovered the body of a homeless man along the bank of the East Branch creek, under the Borden train trestle in Brewster on Sunday, according to New York State Police.

Marvin H. Castillo-Vasquez, 22, was found in an area known to be frequented by homeless people, police said. 

An autopsy will be conducted, but no foul play is suspected at this time, police said. 

Anyone with information regarding the death of Castillo-Vasquez or his whereabouts prior to his death is asked to contact the State Police Brewster, Bureau of Criminal Investigation at (845) 279-8656.
