DANBURY, Conn. – Francis Edmond Rotella, of Danbury, died on April 21 in his home. He was 86.
Rotella was an Army veteran and the longtime boys' basketball team at St. Peters Church in Danbury.
He is survived by his wife Jackie (nee Pooler), daughter Janice Seidl and her husband Edward, son John and his girlfriend Patty, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Green Funeral Home, located at 57 Main Street in Danbury.
A mass of Christian burial will be on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Church at 10 a.m.
Internment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery in Danbury.
