Lee J. Hartell, 63, Former Danbury Resident, Computer Technician

TITUSVILLE, Fla. - Lee "Jack" Hartell of Titusville, Fla., and formerly of Danbury, died Dec. 31. He was 63.

Hartell was born in Fort Dix, N.J., son of Margaret (Burns) Hartell and Lee R. Hartell. He attended Danbury High School and worked for many years as a computer technician.

His father, Army Lt. Lee Hartell, posthumously received the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions on Aug. 27, 1951, in Korea.

Hartell is survived by his mother, Margaret; sisters, Sandy Barry (Kevin) of Danbury and Sharon Siegel (Paul) of Bethel;, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Lee.

There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private.

Green Funeral Home , 57 Main St., Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
