DANBURY, Conn. - Sharon L. Delsin of Danbury died Thursday, Jan. 2. She was 74.
Delsin was born in Rochester, N.H.; daughter of Clair and Maxine Daudeline Moore. She moved to Danbury as a child, attended Danbury schools and graduated from Danbury High School. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's Church.
She was the owner of the Continental Beauty Salon on Main Street in Danbury. She was also a longstanding member of the Ridgewood Country Club.
Delsin is survived by her husband, Roger F. Delsin; sons, Peter Delsin of Danbury and Rod Delsin (Melinda); and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; and brother, David Moore.
Calling hours are Wednesday, Jan. 8, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Green Funeral Home , 57 Main St., Danbury. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Danbury. Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury.
