Bank Robbed On Main Street In Downtown Danbury

DANBURY, Conn. -- The Union Savings Bank on Main Street in downtown Danbury was robbed Thursday morning, according to the News-Times.

The robbery was reported at the large brick bank building at 226 Main St. at about 11 a.m.

Police were reportedly looking for a black male wearing a hoodie and carrying a bag who fled the scene, according to the News-Times.  

No one was injured, and no weapon was displayed, the News-Times said.
