Brewster State Police Charge Danbury Man, 21, With DWI

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. – A Danbury man was charged recently with aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to the New York State Police’s Brewster barracks.

Luis J. Perez-Rodriguez, 21, was driving on Deans Corners Road in Southeast on March 7, police said.

Perez-Rodriguez failed to keep his vehicle in its lane of travel, leading to the traffic stop, according to police.

A Breathalyzer test revealed Perez-Rodriguez's blood alcohol content was 0.19, police said.
