Legrande Cooper turned himself in at about 11 a.m. at the Danbury Police Department.
He was held on a court set bond of $100,000 and charged with 11 counts of second-degree larceny; one count of third-degree larceny; and one count of corrupt organization/racketeering, police said.
Police did not release any further information about the case.
The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Danbury Police Department and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
