The man, Robert Brown, 40, was extradited to Connecticut prior to the arrest.
Brown was charged with being a fugitive from justice and is being held on a $100,000 bond, police said. He also was charged with eight counts of failure to appear, four counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree criminal mischief, three-counts of sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, fourth-degree larceny, three counts of sixth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card and third-degree attempt to commit burglary, according to police.
The charges stem from six alleged incidents that happened in August, September and October, including a Brookfield burglary, a burglary at a Newtown nail salon, a vehicle search that lead to stolen credit cards, an attempted burglary in Danbury and a Danbury larceny, police said.
A second man, Edward Abdella, a 31-year-old Danbury resident, was arrested in connection with the Danbury larceny, charged with fifth-degree larceny and is being held on a $500 bond, police said.
