Hunter Scott McGinty, 26, was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. He was held in lieu of a $32,500 bond and will appear in court Thursday.

Wilton police received a complaint on Monday from the Wilton Meadows Health Care Facility concerning inappropriate contact between a Certified Nursing Assistant and an 82-year-old female patient, police said. During the course of investigation, police determined that McGinty had inappropriately touched the woman during the course of his duties, police said. The incident was immediately reported by another CNA and administrative staff contacted police.

Police said that the investigation identified a 66-year-old woman who had also been assaulted at the same facility during the months of August and September. Two warrants were issued for McGinty, and he was taken into custody Thursday.
