Danbury Man Facing Felony DWI Charge After Third Stop

FISHKILL, N. Y. -- A Danbury, Conn., man is facing a felony driving while intoxicated charge after New York state police stopped him in East Fishkill on Friday and discovered two prior DWI charges, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Eric Newman, 50, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated while having two previous DWI charges in the last 10 years. State police stopped his car at about 10:30 p.m. Friday, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
