DANBURY, Conn. A 32-year-old Hartford woman was arrested by Danbury Police Tuesday in connection with a series of thefts that occurred at the Danbury Lowes store on Eagle Road in 2011.
Lauren Ursitti of Essex Street in Hartford turned herself in at Danbury Police headquarters and was charged with organized retail theft and conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, both felonies, in connection with two months worth of thefts that occurred at the store, police said.
Ursitti joins New Fairfield resident Christine Early and New Milford resident Jason Kocenko, who were also arrested in connection with the thefts. All three received the same charges.
Police did not disclose what they believe the trio stole, or the value of those items. Ursitti was held in lieu of a $50,000 and is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court Wednesday.
