William Kolok was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault. He was held on $1,000 bond and will appear in court Aug. 12.
Police were called to a senior apartment facility on Westport Avenue at around 8:20 a.m. Monday. A female security guard in her early 20s told police that she had begun her rounds when Kolok called her over to his room, saying that he needed help with something. When she went over to him, he grabbed her breast over her shirt, according to police reports.
The guard pushed his hand away and stepped back, police said. She told police Kolok was licking his lips and had a look in his eyes that made her uncomfortable. She notified her supervisor, who called police.
According to police reports, Kolok had previously made lewd comments to the guard. Kolok was not suffering from medical or mental issues, according to police reports.
