Stamford Man Stopped On I-684 Charged With Driving Wrong Way, DWI

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The latest wrong-way driving incident involving an alleged drunken driver in Westchester occurred early Sunday morning when a Stamford, Conn., man drove the wrong way on the Hutchinson River Parkway before making a U-turn and being stopped on northbound I-684, according to lohud.com.

Police have charged 34-year-old Jesus Zarate with first-degree reckless endangerment (a felony count), aggravated DWI and misdemeanors driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in North Castle, according to the report.
