Man Charged With Threatening To Shoot Up Brookfield Church

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- A 58-year-old Brookfield man was arrested on multiple charges after threatening to shoot up a Roman Catholic church during a Baptism, according to the News-Times website. 

John Ducanic, 58, of Brookfield, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 10, after threatening parishioners at a church.

John Ducanic was arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, the News-Times reported.

Witnesses at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church in Brookfield said he entered the church and yelled, "I'm going to shoot you all," the News-Times said.
