DANBURY, Conn. – A Meriden man was arrested after a patrol officer saw him kick a posted sign, causing it to fall to the ground, police said.
When police tried to question Chad Mahuex, 18, he ran away and police had to subdue him, Detective Lt. Tom Michael said. Mahuex was charged with breach of peace and interfering with the duties of a police officer, and is set to appear in court Jan. 25, Michael said.
