DANBURY, Conn. – The owner of Moore Bail Bonds in Danbury was arrested early Thursday morning on felony charges of larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny, the Danbury Police Department reports.
Dameisha Moore, 39, of Golden Heights Road in Danbury and owner of Moore Bail Bonds, and Michael Baptiste, 40, of the same address, were stopped by Danbury police officers at approximately 6:35 a.m. on Padanaram Road. Officers knew both Moore and Baptiste had outstanding felony warrants for their arrest, according to police.
Baptiste was also charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny, according to the report.
Baptiste and Moore were transported to police headquarters were they were being held on a court set cash bond of $25,000, said Danbury police.
