Police: Intruder Seen At St. Joseph’s School In Danbury

DANBURY, Conn. – Police were called to St. Joseph’s School in Danbury at about 9 a.m. Tuesday after school staff reported an intruder in the building, police said.

Staff reported the man was seen in a main hallway of the Main Street school rubbing his crotch, Detective Lt. Tom Michaels said. The man is described as a black or Hispanic male, 6 foot, 3 inches tall, wearing dark jeans, a leather jacket and a winter hat with either a New York Mets or New York Yankees logo, police said.

Police are searching the area for the suspect and ask anyone with information to call the police at 203-797-4611 or the confidential tip line at 203-790-8477.
